Security & CCTV

Webbline Agriculture of Kihikihi are machinery retailers. They renovated a premises with a workshop and office. I was asked to supply a CCTV system. They also purchased a Solution 16+ alarm system.

Working alongside Gistler Architecture I designed and installed an 8 camera CCTV system. I chose an IFCS DVR as the most affordable option at the time. This was purchased from Security Wholesale Ltd a supplier in Penrose.
Composite CCTV cable was installed as the re-fit was in progress.

I installed 5 internal colour dome cameras outside the front door, entry, parts room, workshop and at the top of the stairs. 3 compact colour IR cameras were located outside. Waterproof J boxes were used to protect the outdoor junctions.

The DVR, camera power supply and flat-screen monitor were sited at the top of the stairs, close to the managers desk. I also installed a 600VA UPS for surge protection.

The customer’s IT guy later connected this equipment to the router and programmed it for live streaming to their head office in Nelson.
